TERMS AND CONDITIONS
6/6/2025 - ModernMarkup TERMS AND CONDITIONS Please read the terms listed below carefully. When purchasing a website package from ModernMarkup, you agree to the following terms.
SECTION A. BILLING
You agree to pay the price listed on the website at the date of purchase. If the package is on a discount, the discount will only apply for the initial purchase. All other payments made must be made at the normal price unless other discount is applicable. If you decide to upgrade your package after the initial purchase, you must pay a $20 immediate fee. The "cancel anytime" text shown near the price of the package gives you the right to cancel your package subscription any time. However if you decide to cancel your package within the first 2 weeks of purchasing it, you will be asked to pay a $10 fee for inconvenience. There are no refunds on any packages or upgrades. The "Paid Business Photography w/ Website Slideshow" listed on the WebBasic plan costs $5 per image plus a $10 one-time setup fee.
SECTION B. LEGAL AND ARBITRATION
You agree to resolve any disputes through arbitration rather than going to court. ModernMarkup is not an actual registered New York State business, does not make over $500 per year, and is managed by somebody who is under the age of 18. Therefore, it is legally classified as an informal business.
